Interim order not issued by constitutional bench, continuous hearing to be held from June 23

Senior advocates Shambhu Thapa and Mahadev Yadav, on behalf of writ petitioner Deuba, had sought an interim order to clear the way for Deuba to be sworn in as the Prime Minister. However, the constitutional bench did not issue the interim order.
