UML suspends Top Bahadur Rayamajhi from Secretary post

KATHMANDU: The main opposition CPN-UML  has suspended Top Bahadur Rayamajhi from his post as the party’s Secretary on Wednesday.

Issuing a statement today, CPN UML General Secretary informed that Rayamahi has been suspended until the investigations into the fake Bhutanese refugee scam reach their conclusion.

Top Bahadur Rajamajhi has been on the run after an arrest warrant was issued against him and his son for the alleged involvement in the fake Bhutanese refugee scam.

Earlier this morning, former Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand and his personal secretary Narendra KC were arrested in connection with the fake Bhutanese refugee scam.
