Government to construct Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium

KATHMANDU: The government has decided to take over the responsibility of constructing the under-construction Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium.

The construction of the cricket stadium, which was started by the Dhurmus-Suntali Foundation, was left in limbo due to lack of funds.

A Cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to go through the necessary process to take the ownership of the stadium.
