Khagaraj Adhikari appointed Chief Minister of Gandaki Province

KATHMANDU: CPN (UML) leader Khagaraj Adhikari has been appointed the Chief Minister of Gandaki Province on Monday.

Province Chief Prithvi Man Gurung appointed Adhikari, who is supported by 33 lawmakers, as the Chief Minister of the Gandaki Province.

Adhikari has the support of 22 CPN (UML ) lawmakers, 8 CPN (Maoist Centre) lawmakers, 2 lawmakers of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and one independent lawmaker.
