Janamat Party, Unmukti Party announce functional unity

KATHMANDU: Janamat Party and Unmukti Party have announced functional unity on Sunday.

The two parties have reached an agreement on the functional unity in the presence of Janamat Party Chairman CK Raut and Unmukti Party Chairperson Ranjita Shrestha.

Saying that the two parties have similar opinions on most of the issues, it has been said that they have agreed to play a coordinating and interventionist role in national politics.

The two parties have reached a 12-point agreement.
