NEPSE surges 59.87 points Tuesday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 59.87 points to close at 1983.95 points on Tuesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index rose 10.59 points to close at 386.04 points.

A total of 12,029,603 units of the shares of 261 companies were traded for Rs 3.88 billion.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 1.23 trillion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw green in today’s market.

Siddhartha Insurance Ltd. (SIL) ,Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL), Ajod Insurance Limited (AIL) and Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SHLB) were the top gainers today with their prices surging by 10 percent.
