Government decides to give two-day public holiday for elections

KATHMANDU: The government has made a decision on public holidays targeting the November 20 elections to the House of Representatives and Province Assembly.

Issuing a notice on Tuesday, the Ministry of Home Affairs said that it has decided to close the schools where polling stations are located from November 18 to 21.

Similarly, the government has decided to give public holidays on November 20 and 21.
