10 injured in Dadeldhura bus accident

DADELDHURA: Ten persons have been injured when a bus heading to Mahendranagar from Darchula met with an accident near Ghanteshwar Temple in Alital Rural municipality-1 this morning.

According to the District Police Office, Dadeldhura, the bus (Na 8 Kha 6132) which carried a total of  32 passengers fell about 100 meters from the road.

The injured have been identified as Kirma Oda, 45, Ramchi Oda, 50, of Dilashani Rural municipality-6, Baitadi, Mansingh Karki, 32, of Dogadakedar Rural municipality-8, Devdatta Joshi, 30, of Dogadakedar-6, Prakash Bista, 35, Keshavdatta Joshi and Chandra Bahadur Bista, 30, of Purchaundi Municipality-10 in the district, police said.

The injured are being taken to Dhangadhi for treatment.
