2 injured in Surkhet bomb explosion

SURKHET: Two persons were injured when bomb exploded in Surkhet, the capital of Karnali Province.

The injured have been identified as Naresh Nepali (14) and Lila Pariyar (21) of Dailekh, Gurans Rural Municipality-6.

The incident occurred when they had gone to collect firewood in Katakuwa Community Forest in Birendranagar-7.

According to Kanak Shahi, Inspector at the District Police Office, Surkhet, the duo have been sent to the eye hospital for further treatment after primary treatment at the Deuti Hospital.
