Child swept away by flooded Arang Khola found dead

RUPANDEHI: One among the two children, who went missing after being swept away by the flooded Arang Khola of Pyuthan, has been found dead on the bank of Triveni Dham River on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as two-year-old Dinesh Karki.

A woman lost her life and two children went missing after the flooded Arang Khola swept them away in Pyuthan on Wednesday.

The whereabouts of another missing girl Anushka Adhikari (8) is still unknown and police are searching for her,  Inspector Devi Prasad Gaire, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Pyuthan said.
