9-year-old girl dead, three injured in Arghakanchi landslide

ARGHAKANCHI: A landslide that occurred at Panini Rural Municipality-7 in Adgurion, Arghakhanchi Tuesday left a nine-year-old girl dead and three others injured.

The deceased has been identified as Jharana Sunar (9) daughter of Jibalal Sunar, the District Police Office, Arghakanchi said.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ambar Bahadur Thapa, the incident occurred when the landslide buried the house of Sunar. 

The injured are being treated at a local health facility and their condition is said to be normal.
