Nepal Airlines aircraft to bring 4 million doses of vaccine from China by mid-July

KATHMANDU: By the 3rd week of July, 4 million doses of the Vero Cell vaccine will arrive in Nepal from China. According to Prime Minister’s  Foreign Advisor Rajan Bhattarai, final preparations have been made to bring the vaccine.

The national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation has made the flight schedule public. According to the list made public by the corporation, the flight schedule has been fixed till 23rd July.

The vaccine is being brought according to the government’s non-disclosure agreement with China’s Sinopharm Company. There is no word on the cost of the vaccine.
