Infected MP becomes Lumbini Health Minister, oath taken from isolation

RUPANDEHI: Rupandehi MP Bhoj Prasad Shrestha, who has become the Health Minister of Lumbini Province, has taken on this responsibility while being infected with COVID himself. 

He was infected 16 days ago and was in isolation at home. Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel has attended the swearing-in ceremony of Shrestha, one of the three ministers in the cabinet expansion for the third time. 

He stood separately while taking the oath. Although a throat swab sample was given for a coronavirus test again today, the report has not come out yet, according to his Secretariat.
