Three infected with COVID-19 die within three hours at Bheri Hospital

RANJHA: Three people infected with COVID-19 and undergoing treatment at Bheri Hospital died last night. 

They were undergoing treatment at the coronavirus special ward of the hospital in Nepalgunj.

A 73-year-old man of Rajapur Municipality-1, Bardiya died at 7:00 pm on Saturday, and 40 minutes later 78-year-old woman from Baijanath rural municipality-8, Banke, died. The third victim is a 68-year-old woman from Narayan municipality-1 in Dailekh, who died at 9:30 pm, according to coronavirus focal person at the District Crisis Management Committee, Tej Oli.

A total of 96 people from outside the district have died during treatment for COVID-19 in Banke while the death toll of Banke residents has reached 60.
