Registration of letter of confidence in the province assembly by Chief Minister

SURKHET: Karnali Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi has registered a letter in the Karnali Pradesh Assembly seeking a vote of confidence. He registered the letter at the Provincial Assembly Secretariat yesterday.

According to Jibram Budhathoki, secretary of the state assembly, the ordinance brought by the government during the first sitting of the state assembly will be tabled by the minister. After that, the party leaders will address and finally, the process of taking the vote of confidence according to the vote split system will begin.

Shahi’s government is in the minority after the withdrawal of support from the government. UML is doing its homework to form a government under its own leadership by replacing him.
