Ruling coalition’s Acharya leading with 1, 136 votes in Pokhara Metropolitan City

POKHARA: Dhanraj Acharya of CPN (Unified Socialist), mayoral candidate from the ruling coalition, is leading the vote count with 1, 136 votes in Pokhara Metropolitan City.

Acharya garnered 8, 079 votes while Krishna Thapa of CPN-UML got 6, 943 votes.

Similarly, Kopila Ranabhat of Nepali Congress, deputy mayoral candidate from the ruling alliance, secured 8, 376 votes and Manju Devi Gurung of CPN-UML obtained 7, 896 votes.

So far, 19, 560 votes have been counted in Pokhara Metropolitan City.
