Gold price drops by Rs 1,000 per tola 

KATHMANDU: The price of gold plummeted by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of the yellow metal is now being traded at Rs 98,000 per tola.

Earlier on Wednesday, the bullion was traded at Rs 99,000 per tola.

Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 97, 500 per tola today.

Similarly, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 20 per tola and is being traded at Rs 1, 320 per tola.

Earlier, it was traded for Rs 1,340 per tola.
