NEPSE drops 41.41 points on Sunday
KATHMANDU : The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 41.41 points to close at 2572.26 on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.
Similarly, the sensitive index fell 9.55 points to close at 479.39 points.
A total of 8,923,014 units of the shares of 232 companies were traded for Rs 4.98 billion.
Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red except for Non-Life Insurance on today’s market.
At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3.641 trillion.
Meanwhile, Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10 percent. Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) was the top loser as its price fell by 5.50 percent.
