NEPSE surges 17.42 points on Tuesday
KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 17.42 points to close at 2,735.9 points on Tuesday.
Similarly, the sensitive index rose 4.36 points to close at 523.15 points.
A total of 6,081,602 units of the shares of 228 companies were traded for Rs 3.21 billion.
All the sub-indices saw green today except for the Investment and Manu.& Pro. in today’s market.
At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3.87 trillion.
Meanwhile, Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (MKJC) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10 percent.
Likewise, Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) was the top loser today as its price fell by 2.69 percent.
