UML decides not to attend all-party meeting called by PM

KATHMANDU: The main opposition CPN-UML has decided not to attend the all-party meeting called by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.

UML Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali said that the party has decided not to attend the all-party meeting called by Prime Minister Deuba to discuss the local level elections.

“The Prime Minister had called the meeting with an intention to not hold the elections. That is why we have decided not to take part in the meeting,”he said.

Prime Minister on Friday had call the meeting for 9 am today.

Meanwhile, party Chairman KP Sharma Oli is holding a press conference to discuss the contemporary issues tomorrow.
