UML forms 10 groups to hold discussions on proposals presented at statute convention

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has formed 10 groups to hold discussions on the proposals presented at the first statute general convention of the party that kicked off at the Sunrise Convention Centre in Godawari of Lalitpur from Friday.

The groups were formed to hold discussions on the political document presented by party Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Organisational and statute amendment proposals floated by General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel and Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Paudel respectively.

The party has authorised 20 leaders to facilitate the group discussions.

It has been learnt that the group discussions will start at 8 am from tomorrow and the suggestions of the group discussions will be tabled at the closed session that will start at 2pm from tomorrow itself.
