The Deuba government, however, dissolved the commission.
The Deuba government dissolved the commission at a time when the commission was working by forming committees in all the 77 districts.
The UML also accused the government of doing injustice to the landless people by dissolving the commission.
The issue is under consideration at the Supreme Court.
