UML lawmakers obstruct House yet again, Parliament meet put off until September 14

Kathmandu: The Parliament meeting scheduled for today has been postponed without entering into business owing to the obstruction of the main opposition CPN-UML.

Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota that the meeting has been postponed for 1 pm on September 14.

The meeting was adjourned after the UML lawmakers continued to obstruct the meeting chanting slogans against the Speaker.

As soon as the meeting began, UML lawmakers surrounded the well of the House. UML lawmakers repeatedly obstructed the Parliament questioning the role of the speaker.
