Umashankar Prasad appointed as member of National Planning Commission

KATHMANDU: Umashankar Prasad of Rautahat has been appointed as the member of the National Planning Commission.

A Cabinet meeting held on Thursday made the decision to this effect, Minister for Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma said.

Similarly, Bikram Rai, member of the board of directors, has been appointed as the vice-chairman of the Nepal Airlines Corporation.

Likewise, Lekhanath Lama of Sindhupalchok and Dr Sahara Shrestha of Kathmandu have been appointed as the members of the Nardevi Ayurvedic Hospital Development Committee.
