Kushma Chief Administrative Officer Parajuli nabbed

POKHARA: Police have arrested Udaya Bahadur Parajuli, Chief Administrative Officer of Kushma Municipality,Parbat.

DSP Khumlal Bhusal of the District Police Office, Parbat said that Parajuli was apprehended on Wednesday and preparations are being made to send him to Kaski today itself.

Kaski police had urged the Parbat police to nab him.

The District Police Office, Kaski said that an arrest warrant has been issued against Parajuli after he was found taking Rs 10. 5 in kickback to expand the working area of cooperatives.

The Kaski District Court had issued an arrest warrant against him a few days ago.

Parajuli was working as a Registrar at the Cooperative Registrar’s Office in Gandaki before he was transferred to Kushma.
