Government fixes sugarcane purchase price at Rs 635 per quintal (With video)

KATHMANDU: The government has fixed the purchase price of sugarcane.

A Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday decided that the industries should pay Rs 565 per quintal of sugarcane, government spokesperson Rekha Sharma said.

She said that the government has given a subsidy of Rs 70 per quintal and fixed the price at Rs 635.
