SC issues interim order to reinstate Bir Hospital Director Dr Paudel

KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued an interim order not to implement the decision of Health Minister Mohan Bahadur Basnet to remove Dr Santosh Paudel, Director at the Bir Hospital.

A division bench of Justices Sushmalata Mathema and Til Prasad Shrestha issued such order following the arguments from both sides today.

With this decision, Dr Paudel will be reinstated.
