Six-year-old girl found murdered in Dhanusha

MAHENDRANAGAR: A six-year-old girl was found murdered in Dhanusha district. She is Rakhi Yadav of Sabaila Municipality.

DSP Ranjan Awale, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Dhanusha, said that the girl was found naked in a ditch near Satokhar pond. Her clothes were found near the pond.

The girl might have been killed after rape, according to the Area Police Office, Sabaila.

The body has been taken to Provincial Hospital, Janakpur, for postmortem.

Police have arrested two persons suspecting their involvement in the incident, added Awale.
