Prasain supporters, Yuwa Sangh cadres clash in Balkhu

KATHMANDU: The Durga Prasain supporters pelted stones at a motorbike rally taken out by the Yuwa Sangh, the youth wing of CPN-UML, at Balkhu in Kathmandu on Thursday.

The rally of Prasain’s supporters was heading towards Balukhu from Kalimati.

Prasain’s cadres started pelting stones at cadres of Yuwa Sangh who came on motorcycles, it has been learnt.

According to a police source, both sides hurled stones at each other from some time.

Police said that they have taken the situation under control.
