Relatives found involved in the murder of four of a family in Mugu

KATHMANDU: Two persons were found involved in the murder of four persons of a single family in Mugu.

Police said that both of them are the relative and neighbour of the deceased.

Shree Dev Bohara (28), his 11-year-old son, seven-year-old daughter Apsara and eight-month-old son Rahar of Mundu, Rara Municipality-6 were found dead on October 27.

After they were not seen in the locality for two days, the neighbours broke the door and found them dead.

Gopal Bahadur Bohara and Gorakh Bahadur Shahi of the same village have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the incident.

Police are preparing to make public both of them by organising a press conference today.

According to police, the incident seems to have occurred with an intention of robbery.

Shahi had been living in Kohalpur of Banke.

Police said that Shahi had fled to Surkhet the same night when the incident had occurred.

Bohara, however, had been living in the village.
