10 Nepalis confirmed dead in Israel

KATHMANDU: Ten Nepalis have been confirmed dead in Israel.

Nepali Ambassador to Israel Kanta Rijal confirmed the death of 10 Nepalis in the attack of Hamas.

It has been learnt that the incident occurred after a bomb fell on the where they, who had gone to Israel to pursue higher studies, were sleeping.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, however, has not given any information pertaining to the incident.

The deceased have been identified as Narayan Prasad Neupane of Ghodaghodi, Kailali, Ganesh Kumar Nepali of Jaya Prithvi-6, Bajhang, Ashish Chaudhary of Bauniya-3, Kailali, Dipesh Raj Bista of Lekhak-5, Darchula, Ananda Sah of Sapahi-6, Dhanusha, Rajesh Kumar Swarkar of Madhuban, Sunsari, Rajan Fulara of Pachanali-3, Doti, Padam Thapa of Lamikhal-8, Pravesh Bhandari of Shraddha-3, Salyan, Lokendra Singh Dhami of Darchula.

Similarly, six injured are undergoing treatment at a hospital while one is missing.
