8 killed in Pyuthan car accident

DANG: At least eight people died including three children in a car accident that took place in Bhingri of Pyuthan on Monday.

One of the deceased has been identified as Tara Kumal of Lamhi- 5. Kumal was the driver of the car. The identities of the other deceased are yet to be established, police said.

The incident took place when the car (Lu 1 Cha 6345) fell down from the road today afternoon, said Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Umesh Raj Joshi of the Lumbini Province.
