National Assemby meeting postponed for Wednesday

KATHMANDU: The meeting of the National Assembly (NA), which was scheduled to be held at 11:11 AM today, has been postponed for Wednesday.

The meeting will be held tomorrow at the same time.

The meeting of the Upper House was deferred citing special reasons, according to the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ was likely to deliver a speech on contemporary issues in today’s meeting.

According to the Secretariat, today’s meeting had the agenda of Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat presenting the proposal for general deliberation on the revenue and income estimates for the fiscal year 2023/24.
