RSP decides to give vote of confidence to PM Dahal

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to give a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

A joint meeting of the party’s Parliamentary Party and Central Committee held on Sunday made the decision to this effect.

The meeting has decided to continue its support extended to the government,  a leader of the party said.

The party may also join the government if the issues raised by the party are given priority, the leader said. However, the party has not made any decision on joining the government yet.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal is scheduled to take a vote of confidence on Monday.
