Writ filed at SC against CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Dahal

KATHMANDU: Relatives of the people, who were killed during the decade-long civil war, have filed a writ at the Supreme Court against CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday.

Twenty-eight persons filed the writ jointly.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered its administration to take petitions against Dahal.

Following the apex court’s order, the applicants filed the writ today.

The hearing has been scheduled for Thursday.
