“There is no disagreement among ruling coalition parties regarding President” (With video)

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the high-level political mechanism held on Sunday has agreed to further strengthen the alliance.

Talking to journalists after the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden clarified that there is no disagreement among the coalition parties regarding the future President.

He said that there is no objection among the ruling coalition parties in the agreements reached in the past.

Lingden claimed that the meeting discussed the presidential election.

Responding to a journalist’s query about bringing the Rastriya Swatantra Party back in the government, he said that they had a positive discussion on the issue.

“The Rastriya Swatantra Party may join the government soon. There are some technical issues that need to be resolved,” Lingden said.
