Newly elected Sudurpaschim Province CM Shah takes oath of office and secrecy

KATHMANDU: Newly elected Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah took the oath of office and secrecy on Friday.

Province Chief Devraj Joshi administered the oath of office and secrecy amidst a function today.

Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party leader Joshi was elected as the Chief Minister on Thursday.

He also formed a two-member Cabinet today itself.

Prakash Deuba of the Nepali Congress has been appointed as the Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Development and Naresh Shahi of the CPN (Unified Socialist) has been appointed as the Minister for Internal Affairs and Law.

The two ministers took the oath of office and secrecy today itself.
