CPN (MC) Chairman Dahal walks out of Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal walked out of Baluwatar on Sunday.

Dahal, who had reached Baluwatar with a decision to leave the coalition if he did not get the post of Prime Minister, walked out of a meeting.

Nepali Congress has been expressing its reluctance to not leave the post of prime minister and president.

After Dahal walked out of the meeting, CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Nepal and party’s senior leader Jhalanath Khanal have been holding a discussion with Prime Minister Deuba.

During the meeting, Dahal and Nepal had proposed Deuba to share president, prime minister and speaker among them.
