COVID-19 : Nepal records 74 new cases on Tuesday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 74 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday. No deaths were reported today.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 1, 535 swab samples were tested in the RT-PCR method, of which 39 returned positive.

Likewise, 1, 977 people underwent antigen tests, of which 35 tested positive.

The Ministry said that 160 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 1, 619 active cases in the country.
