President’s message to Parliament over Citizenship Bill (With text)

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday returned the Citizenship Bill back to the House of Representatives (HoR) for reconsideration.

While returning the bill, President Bhandari has also given her message to the Parliament.
