Nepal logs 934 Covid-19 cases, 1 death on Monday

KATHMANDU : Nepal logged 934 new cases of Covid-19 along with one death on Monday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 2, 862 swab samples were tested in the RT-PCR method, of which 498 returned positive.

Similarly, 2, 498 people underwent antigen tests, of which 436 were tested positive.

The Ministry said that 470 infected people recovered from virus in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 5, 686 active cases of Covid-19 in the country.
