NAC’s Executive Chairman Yuvaraj Adhikari gets the boot

KATHMANDU: Based on the report of the probe committee, the government sacked Nepal Airlines Corporation Executive Chairman Yuvaraj Adhikari on Thursday.

A Cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to remove Adhikari from the top post of NAC.

Earlier, Adhikari, who was suspended following the formation of a probe committee, returned to work after the Supreme Court issued an interim order directing the government not to implement the decision to suspend him.

Following his suspension, the government appointed Deepu Jwarchan as the General Manager of the Nepal Airlines Corporation.
