CPN (MC) Standing Committee meeting postponed

KATHMANDU : The standing committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Centre) scheduled for 3 pm on Sunday has been postponed.

Party Spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara told Nepal Press over phone that the meeting will be held on August 10.

The meeting was called to hold discussions on the politburo and the process to select office bearers.

Earlier, the meeting held on Friday had reshuffled the schedule of the province meeting.

The scheduled province meeting of Maoist Centre was affected after party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal decided to leave for Japan.
