Floods, landslides cause damage to roads in hilly districts of Sudurpaschim

KAILALI: The Seti river has caused damage to roads in various places of Jay Prithvi Highway of Bajhang.

DSP Gyan Bahadur Bista of the District Police Office, Bajhang said that a local river has caused damage to a road at Jalebagar in Chhatispathibhera Rural Municipality of the district.

According to the Sudurpaschim Province Traffic Police Office, Attariya, the roads were obstructed after landslides fell on the highway at Nagtad in Sailyasikhar Municipality of Darchula, at Thum in Patan Municipality of Baitadi and at Bhagyang in Sunarya Rural Municipality-1.
