Devotees throng Pashupatinath Temple on first Monday of Shrawan (With photos)

KATHMANDU: Hindu devotees have thronged the Pashupatinath Temple since dawn today to observe the first Monday in the holy month of Shrawan in Nepali calendar.

The entire month is considered to be the auspicious period to worship Lord Shiva with the belief that one’s wishes get fulfilled by worshiping Lord Shiva throughout the month especially on Mondays.

Devotees were seen queuing up to offer worships and prayers to Lord Shiva from early morning. RSS
