NEPSE plunges 7.19 points on Wednesday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged 7.19 points to close at 2130.73 points on Wednesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 1.16 points to close at 414.47 points.

A total of 3,020,067 units of the shares of 227 companies were traded for Rs 1.07 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red except for Development Bank, Hydropower and Finance in today’s market.

Meanwhile, Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (MKJC) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10 percent. Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. (SICL) was the top loser as its price fell by 10 percent.
