Newly elected Bharatpur Metropolitan City Mayor Renu Dahal injured in accident

KATHMANDU: Newly elected mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City Renu Dahal was injured in an accident on Friday.

She is receiving treatment at the Sumeru Hospital.

According to a source,  Dahal was injured after a vehicle hit an electric pole in front of the Jawalakhel-based Staff College.

It has been learnt that she sustained head injuries in the accident.
