Manoj Pandey nabbed for raping teenage girl in the name of beauty pageant

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a teenage girl in the name beauty pageant.

Manoj Pandey was detained for raping the girl eight years ago from Kathmandu on Saturday.

He is accused of raping a girl who had come to take part in the Miss Global International.

Earlier on Wednesday, the girl released a video on TikTok claiming that she was drugged and raped  by the organizer of the beauty pageant eight years ago.
