UML’s Adhikari re-elected as mayor of Tokha Municipality

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML candidate Prakash Adhikari has been re-elected as the mayor of Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu. He obtained 10, 340 votes.

His closest contender Rajani Thapa of Nepali Congress secured 10, 166 votes.

Similarly, Murari Tamang of Nepali Congress has been elected a the deputy mayor.

Tamang received 10, 132 votes while his closest contender Gyan Maya Dangol of CPN-UML got 9, 518 votes.
