UML puts up show of strength against alliance in Pokhara (With photos)
POKHARA: The main opposition CPN-UML organised a mass gathering against the five-party alliance in Pokhara on Monday.
The UML held a counter assembly today a day after the coalition organised an election assembly on Sunday.
Party Chairman KP Sharma Oli also reached the election assembly to appeal to the people to help win the UML in all the 33 wards. He also urged the people to vote in favour of Krishna Thapa and Manju Devi Gurung, mayoral and deputy mayoral candidates respectively.
Deputy General Secretary Prithvi Subba Gurung, Organisational Department Chief Khag Raj Adhikari also addressed the programme.
